Finished! Eight hours from driving to the state forest & getting it stacked at home. That's why firewood is so expensive - so labour intensive. We have a modern woodfire (low combustion/emissions) and heat with a split system when we can via solar panels.

I'm not attacking EV owners. I will get one, eventually. ✌️ The news that Tesla is laying off over 15,000 staff is concerning. The vast majority cannot afford $40,000 to $80,000+ for EV. Much more affordability needed. Range. And, convenience. We will get there, eventually.✌️

This could well be my first EV, within a few years. BYD Seagull. I already drive a small ICE car and the Seagull gets great reviews. Simple, no nonsense styling with less tech than the fancy models. I don't want fancy tech. Even better when they put a sodium ion batt in it. 😊
