I used to loooove Twitter but its decline continues. Fewer people use the app daily. The breaking news element got weakened. Sad story. Source: buff.ly/3TsITHP

Acciona, the company fired from Metro Vancouver's North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant, just got another contract from @BCNDP. It's part of a team that will design and build eight Surrey Langley SkyTrain stations.

Craig Baird - Canadian History Ehx Terry's run was quite unknown before Ottawa. My friends Phil Latulippe (age 61) & Bernard Guité, running 1000 km from Mtl to Percé as a test a year prior to Phil's cross Canada run, stopped to converse with Terry, exchanging info/contacts. Phil crossed Canada in 130 days in 1981.

Craig Baird - Canadian History Ehx We passed Terry on the highway, somewhere between the Nova Scotia/New Brunswick border and Moncton, while driving to my grandparents' place in Saint John. It was just a fleeting moment, but it's seared in my memory.

Will I ever trust a doctor again? Never again. Certainly not in Ontario, where the freedom to practice hinges upon lying egregiously for the pharmaceutical industry.

There's something deeply chilling about the ease with which Doug slipped into Rob's public persona as a guy who would drop everything to personally fix a pothole in front of your house. There was nothing of this in Doug before Rob died. Folksy Doug is entirely stolen

Chris Johnson 🇨🇦 Lenny Zhou 🇨🇦🇺🇦 Lenny seems to be confused about what these various ideologies're about. His Fearless Leader Ken Sim doesn't mind sharing stages with the local CCP Consular reps. He might also ask why he was asked to run for Council by the white developers who control Council behind the scenes.

When a self-described journalist also admits that lying is essential to their work practice, it’s fair to question whether their reporting on anything is truthful or reliable.

Personally I’m not inclined to give much credence to journalists who fabricate data.

Dan Fumano Was there any interaction between ABC/Sim and the Board between November VPD budget approval and the December ax? It would be reasonable for Council to ask the Board to justify these increases. Would this also not normally be done publicly?

...ABC Coun Montague, who proposed cutting Board's budget, said he was concerned w/ lack of 'clear rationale' for growing spending

Ex-Board director says Board was already under-resourced to do its job, & slashing its budget by two-thirds goes “far beyond political interference”
