I’m in Davos to argue for the frozen Russian $350 billion to be used for the defence of Ukraine. But I won’t be doing it in the halls of the WEF because they raised the price of attendance to $250k for me (3x what they charged before). Russians are happy semafor.com/article/01/15/…
