E-Bikes are legal on most FL paths-except Miami Beach's 7-mile "beachwalk" Tomorrow, a vote could let parents w/kids ride up to 10 mph. In one of America's deadliest states for cyclists & peds, parents must risk traffic even when a safer path exists. Good idea?
