Day37:
Finally my energy was a bit better again in the gym. Low weight high reps for better stamina. I could increase the weight a bit.
These last weeks were very tough. I was troubled by a deep fatigue and no energy and mentally it was also hard.
(1)

(2) My fear is staying someone with a very weak health. I did not see this collapse coming and it kicked in hard. Now I just have to what is good and believe in the plan and take even more care of the basics.
I try to eat healthy and now go to the gym 3 times a week.

(3) I keep on battling for a better health and I keep challenging myself. The new gym is really good. I try to do what they advise me and I am learning a lot each session.

For me, I’m am useless without 50g of carbs an hour or so before. When I train early I make sure the evening before I consume enough.
Everyone will be different but carb depletion can be hard to cope with for weeks if not months.

I have invested 700€ almost in this challenge at the new gym. These are much better circumstances to get better because I can learn the right technique now. I just hope it will be really beneficial.
