In reaction videos exposed by AmnestySouthernAfrica last week, Mozambican govnt claimed that insurgents in army uniforms were killing civilians. Fact: these insurgents look a lot like army soldiers. Govnt should stop talking & launch an urgent probe if it wants us to take them seriously.
