.Charles Peter Mayiga on National content: I never expected to find so many Ugandan experts here, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that all these knowledgeable individuals are Ugandans, proudly sons & daughters of the land. Their expertise and commitment are truly commendable.

Currently, 12,943 people are directly employed in the private sector of Uganda’s oil and gas projects. 94% (12,115) of these are Ugandan Nationals with 6% (828) as foreign workers. 3,871 workers (32%) come from the regions within which the projects are being constructed.
