A simple change to how you contact them can make all the difference.

When a friend turns you on to a hot lead, make sure that you do two things:

1) Follow up with that lead

2) Follow up with your friend to let them know in some meaningful way that you appreciate them thinking of you.

In spite of all the new media options, old school canvassing works better than ever.

Showing up is the best way to make a real connection.

There is just no substitute for being there in person!

Go actually talk to prospective tenants face-to-face on their turf.
