Cross country meet at RimRock last Saturday was great! We had 6 lifetime PRs and 3 seasonal PRs! Challenging course and good competition.

Practice began yesterday! First meet is on Saturday at Crete, NE. Come out and support. Throwing events begin at 10 a.m. and running 12pm

Third indoor meet of the season is upon us. Going to the Jayhawk Classic on Friday!
