Received some lovely feedback from a patient and her husband around my support for them and how they would never forget me, which brought us all to tears🥹

Today is my last day working at Selby rehab. It has been challenging, but I have learnt so much & have developed my skills in complex decision making and discharge planning. Will miss the team, the place & also seeing the pretty sunrises on the drives in 🌅 Next stop, Medicine➡️

Thoroughly enjoyed both the Decision Making & Moving with Dignity study days at YSJ. I will transfer the skills & models I have learnt into my practice. Highly recommend! Hope there's more to come... York St John OT #CPD
