#MedTwitter Male, aged 72, hypertension, diabetes T2, CKD stage 3B. Develops a foot ulcer. Assessed using #WIfI Plus Doppler waveforms Staging suggests low amputation risk. My interpretation, including toe mmHg >200 & ankle mmHg > 200, is that amputation risk is higher… 🤔
