#InternationalWomensDay It’s a shame Ulster Branch Ulster Rugby couldn’t have show some flexibility for Liyana Ong, her dream of playing competitively in Belfast has now been blocked, bitterly disappointing for a talented player and a really great person.

I've heard a bit about this on the grapevine. Seems as though rules put in place to stop "rugby tourism" from other tier 1 countries has been applied here by the Ulster branch without proper consideration of the circumstances. There's room for flexibility here surely?
