I respectfully disagree. He stepped up after the real estate/financial recession under W. While not perfect, he was thoughtful and sought bipartisanship. He was probably the last President before the significant decline of US power and influence under 45/47 and 46.

Or just make the House seats “at large” based on a state’s population. Oh, add term limits (5 terms/10 years for the House, 2 terms/12 years for Senate) and an age maximum (76–that’s the spirit).

Here is an idea: no state can get more in federal funds in a year than its population pays in taxes. Only 4 states would receive as much as they do today.
