Exactly 300 y ago on Good Friday Bach brought his Johannes-Passion to life as it has been performed for the first time at Nikolaikirche Leipzig. I am so grateful for being part of these performances together with Bach’s Thomanerchor, ⁦Gewandhausorchester⁩ & wonderful colleagues.

I enjoyed last Thursday so much - gorgeous music (Fauré-Requiem) at Symphony Hall Birmingham with its peerless acoustics together w super duper ⁦CBSO,⁩ ⁦CBSO Youth Chorus⁩ City of ⁦CBSO Chorus⁩ Birmingham under inspiring Alexandre Bloch.
