An exercise does not need to be done perfectly to be incorporated into a workout, but one shouldn’t stop trying to perfect their technique just because they can do it “good enough”.

If your fitness goal is not changing anything & just stay where you are, you still need to workout regularly. The body’s default with no workout routine is to lose strength, speed, muscle, & mobility. If your goal is to stay at the same spot in a river, you still need to paddle.

There is a difference between saying exercise is #essential to our wellbeing and that physical gyms are essential to our wellbeing.

Short sellers haven't closed a fraction of their positions yet - 112% short ratio still available. They think they can outlast you, the retail investor. Prove them wrong! $GME HOLD

Is there ever a greater priority in a workout than a never ending refinement/maintenance of optimal movement patterns? (For gen.pop with < 3 years training experience.) I don’t believe so.

If you’re on the verge of skipping a workout, consider what you could change about said workout (duration, exercise selection, etc) that would make it feel doable, then do that. 10 min of your fav exercises is infinitely better than 0 minutes of the workout you skipped.

Easy technique exercises (per the individual) at a challenging intensity will always produce superior results to challenging technique exercises at any intensity.

I’ve helped a lot of people reach their fitness goals over the past 20 years. One thing that every success story has in common was they had a plan. It may not be a requirement to reach your goals, but it certainly increases the odds of success!

I'm all for lifting heavy, but reaching for a heavier dumbbell should only be done once you've truly mastered the technique for that exercise at the current weight you're using for your desired rep count.

I hate working out. And I never have idle time in my week when I have nothing better to do but go to the gym. But I make sure I go 3 times per week anyway. Because it’s just that important to my quality of life.

I’ve been a personal trainer for my entire professional life. I own two gyms. And I hate working out. I typically find it to be boring, uncomfortable, or both. But I still stop what I’m doing three times a week and workout. It’s just that important.
