After 15 straight months of doing a daily gratitude practice, I’ve never once had social media on my list. Still true—however I am grateful for the people here who I’ve connected with!

Normally I love a good meme but some of the latest celebrity junk just puts me over the edge. Violence isn’t funny. Bullying (emotional, cyber) isn’t ok. Celebs are people too but we have to stop applauding people who don’t have self control and call abuse what it is.

Who wants to hang at ITC?

Wanted to let the Twitter verse know my daughter had a very painful procedure done where pain is usually a an “8” and she ranked it a “2.” She was so brave and is a tough one!
