What might leadership look like to me? Put simply, it's emulating those that are compassionate, fair, forward thinking ,and supportive of those around them. These qualities help me learn and support those that I lead on a day to day basis. #AHPSupportWorkers #LeadershipMatters

Grateful to be learning more on my journey. To have leadership opportunities that do not require registration have been so welcome, we need to work on making them more permanent to allow growth and development, further than a year or 6 months. #AHPSupportWorkers #Leadership

The 15 years experience in communication I've built allows me to be creative and engaging in patient care and in my peer and colleague communication. It really is key!... if you have to learn key phrases in Ukrainian and Portuguese to engage patients too, then that's also fun!😉
