My horrific burn from July is healing nicely, now I look like I’ve self harmed in the past, but hopefully the scar will fade by December. Any ideas how to help it fade welcome.

Had the grand total of 4 hours sleep, I’ve been awake since 3.30am; insomnia sucks, resisted going on my phone or reading and just lay there with my eyes closed, praying for the sleep that never happened. Off to work in an hour, feeling shite.

An old lady told me her life story today; living in the care system 70 years ago, her foster mom reused to let her go to school and made her clean the house and also refused to let her siblings 😢. She ended up being a primary teacher, well done to her.
