The Bayoh family hold former Lord Advocate James Wolffe KC ultimately responsible for the betrayal of justice & broken promises. Today he begins his evidence at the #ShekuBayoh Public Inquiry, followed by his predecessor Lord Mulholland on Thurs, the eve of the 9th anniversary

When #ShekuBayoh died in police custody in May 2015, the Crown Office were expected to deliver a robust, impartial & fearless investigation, but the Bayoh family believe the Crown betrayed justice, now nearly 9 yrs after Sheku’s death they must give answers at the Public Inquiry

Today concluded the evidence at the FAI for Katie & William, another heartbreaking & exhausting day. Submissions at the end of June and then we await the Sheriffs determination. It will be over a year since the FAI began and over 6 years since Katie’s death. How is this justice?
