What a phenomenal day Bassaleg School with our Climate Change students leading our whole staff INSET day stimulating discussion and action around what we do next as a community to tackle climate change. We are immensely proud of every single one of you 🙌💙💛

Looking forward to joining with Sallys Angels Bassaleg on Friday for a joint concert with them and our Big Band who sounded fab in their last rehearsal just now! Tickets still available on the door for that concert at St Basils.

A wonderful performance from Big Band in their concert this evening with Sallys Angels Bassaleg. Great to support our local community. Big Band performed superbly well and are sounding in good form for our summer concert next Wednesday.

First full rehearsals for our summer concert went really well. Lovely to see returning Year 13 pupils! Tickets still available online only. Come and hear some wonderful music from 6:30 tomorrow evening.

Great to see the new Year 7s and the returning pupils yesterday and today. Lots of exciting things happening! We will be sending the details of our extra-curricular activities in the next couple of days.
