*** New Blog Post *** ‘Dear Clinician’ A letter to a combination of the clinicians I had in the first four years of my ‘routine’ care. I needed more person centred, evidence-based care. Very therapeutic writing it! 1/ Matthew Low PPA livingwellpain.net/dear-clinician

After a light bike week, it was nice to get into the Welsh mountains & push on 😁 slight BG catecholamine spike to 7.4; some of the jump lines were a bit slippy at speed. Got moaned at for being on an ebike. Sadly my 16 kg enduro bike is battery free 😂

Fifty Shades of Black at Bike Park Wales, a lovely way to spend the day before my 50th birthday. But why do the scariest features always look so innocuous 🤣
