The Federal Government has today, commenced the FREE National Mass Metering Programme (NMMP), targeting at least 30 million power consumers across the country, with simultaneous launch events of the scheme in Kano, Kaduna, Eko and Ikeja DISCO (Lagos) franchise areas.
