According to Francys Romero the Texas Rangers are the favorites to sign Dominican right-hander Frandel Pineda. At 17 years old, he's one of the top arms in the International class. He is the no. 46 ranked International prospect according to MLB Pipeline.

Getting Rosario would be a fun one. 17 year old and been working with trainers in the MLB partnership program. With his Prowess and athleticism could be a potential 20/20 player if he reaches his top ability in the big leagues

I know he “can”, I just do know if he “will” But in all seriousness we know the production he’s had prior to last season and towards the end he looks a lot better. If he doesn’t look better after a month or 2 there’s going to be alot of problems though
