it was a delight to represent the Basildon youth council at the armed forces day event on Saturday. it was also a pleasure to meet the mayor and deputy mayor of Basildon ,along with all the veterans during the parade . looking forward to more events to come.

we had a memorable time supporting the craig tyler trust at the hate crime convention and we loved hearing all of their stories and how the war affected them. thank you to all of the guest speakers too.

It was amazing supporting Basildon's Backside to Trackside event. It was an honour to hand out medals to the participants alongside the Mayor of Basildon and starting the race.

we were more than happy to have attended the focus to achieve event run by the deputy mayor of Basildon #tncg which means the next chosen generation.

Various youth voice groups attended a Digital consultation workshop to discuss different ways for young people to come together, communicate and promoting services on various digital platforms. Young people also had the privilege of trying VR headsets for fun!

We supported the Essex youth service, in Basildon town centre with their volunteering recruitment day. It was truly eye opening to receive the amount of enquiries that we did.
