The Barrow Way Walk is the first event organised by a strategic partnership between @waterwaysirelan Get Ireland Walking Laois Sports LSP Kildare Sports Partnership and YCwRXLsp for the #EuropeanWeekOfSport 2019.

Taking place on the Barrow towpath and starting in a variety of locations in each county, participants can chose to walk 5KM, 10KM or 20KM. Choose one nearest you, or in a new location for a different experience. bit.ly/2lYwdN3

Yesterday saw the launch of the 2019 #BarrowWayWalk which will take place with NINE walks of varying distances across Kildare, Carlow and Laois along the River Barrow on September, 29th. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
