Want to know how to model your individual multidimensional extreme deviations from normative models? We developed a new method based on extreme value statistics to do exactly this! Catch me Wed and Thurs at 12:45 at WTH029 to learn more. #OHBM2022 With @amarquand Christian Beckmann

Last day of #OHBM2022 😭 but there is still time to discuss our Connectivity Toolbox with Lucia Jajcay (WTh870) or longitudinal normative modelling with Barbora Rehák Bučková (WTh481). Stop by! 🤓🧠💻

With Danilo Bzdok, we leveraged rare genetic mutations (#CNVs) to revisit structural brain #asymmetry. Planum temporale emerged as especially susceptible to deletions & duplications of specific gene sets. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

In our latest work, we poked at the microstate analysis of the M/EEG data and found that microstate properties are determined purely by the covariance and autocorrelation structure of the underlying EEG! Read more in Nikola Jajcay preprint biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

🧠🌟 Curious about data-informed computational models in epilepsy treatment? Check our new paper in Epilepsia! It offers a comprehensive, non-technical overview of in silico brain surgery and stimulation. Dive into the concepts of virtual brain treatment! onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/ep…

Want to know more about Normative Modeling and how it can be used to predict and understand psychopathology at an individual level? 🧠🧠 Come find me at my poster 697, Sun at 12:15-2:15 pm and Mon at 1:00-3:00 pm #OHBM2023. With @amarquand Christian Beckmann and Mariam Zabihi

If you do task fMRI then you’ll want to check this out! Come to poster 134 #ohbm2023 to hear how we used normative modelling to understand heterogeneity that underlies task activation, and how these individual differences relate to mental health. @amarquand Christian Beckmann

Join us for the "Normative Modeling Workshop: Theory & Applications to Code Along" at the OHBM 2024! 🧠🧠 🗓️ Date: Sunday, Jun 23 🕘 Time: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM 📍 Location: COEX, Room E 6, Seoul With Dr. Johanna Bayer, Barbora Rehák Bučková, Ye Ella Tian, Brenden Tervo-Clemmens, Lianglong Sun #OHBM2024
