The applicant confirmed on Friday that the scheme will 'front-load carbon'. We don't have 60 years!
The retention and retrofit option was dismissed at the outset under the guise of 'disproportionate collapse'.

Tomorrow, the Corporation of London planning committee will be considering the London Wall West application.

I have written to the Secretary of State asking him to call in this application for determination.

No doubt about it! #CityOfLondon has a poor record so far as many residents are concerned. But there were signs things were changing. Corporation’s Policy chief regularly told resident groups City would listen+engage especially over #LondonWallWest btw he’s advocating demolition!
