The House Natural Resources Committee had a beautiful bipartisan moment and approved a measure to permanently reauthorize the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Then Congress didn’t conclude the reauthorization process, so now it’s going to expire on Sunday bit.ly/2xJLRii
