I am certain I’m not the only one but don’t know why Zakir Hussain Sahab’s passing feels like such personal loss. Haven’t felt this gloomy in a long time. Seems like music weeps with this enormous loss.

2024 seems to be ending with all legends leaving us. Shyam Benegal Sir passes away leaving behind a legacy of work in cinema that remains unparalleled. Thank you for your stupendous efforts to tell real stories of India through all your films. #RIP🙏🏾🌻
