Still no WiFi or TV service…day 6 now. This is an absolute joke Virgin Media ❤️ …why is it taking so long? App says fixed by 15.00 hours today …and nothing. Not a single update since last week 😡😡 Are you going to refund a full family’s mobile data?

Seriously Virgin Media ❤️ this is unacceptable now…not able to work from home or do an uni work, family mobile data run out and unable to watch any TV subscriptions. Keep changing the fix time …contract will be cancelled ASAP 😡
