For Middle School Diversity Day, MS students lead a workshop on the history of "beignets" (French doughnuts). Assisted by US French students, they followed the historical recipe of Café Du Monde in New Orleans, and everyone worked collaboratively on making these delicious treats.

Students in French Seminar I prepared for the simulation of a live presidential debate. They had to create a political party, design a campaign program, study the opponent's beliefs and ideas, before identifying strategies for the debate. The full 30 min debate was in French.
