Today at Peacock's, we all enjoyed the delicious sandwiches we made ourselves. The children picked a filling of their choice and displayed fantastic skills of sandwich making! We are super proud of our young Chefs 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳 🥰😍👇

On Thursday, we were delighted to welcome a special visitor Margaret Smith for our assembly on Remembrance Day to talk to the children about the moral and values of this special day.

To encourage everyone, especially young people, to express themselves, celebrate their individuality, raise awareness about important social issues including bullying and prejudice, and as part of Anti-Bullying Week, staff and children participated in Odd Socks Day.

We are super proud of two of our amazing Bamford Academy's Year 2 children who participated in the Remembrance Service that was held at Rochdale Cenotaph last Sunday to reflect and remember 🌺🙏

Children and staff took part in a non uniform day to raise money for BBC Children in Need. Thank you everyone for your kind donations.

Last Friday , our Year 6 boys completed against Meanwood in a netball match. It was an incredibly close game, with the boys coming back from behind to draw the game 3-3. The teamwork and encouragement of each player was commendable.🙌👍👇

A special shout out to our amazing Catering Manager Mrs Bev Shambayati who has recently won Mellors' award for "Unsung Hero". We are very proud of Bav as she and her team always go above and beyond. Well done Bev! A very well deserved award 👏 👇❤️

Well done to Year 6 Badminton team for showcasing such wonderful skills in their friendly against Meanwood Primary. They participated in 4 mixed doubles games each with Bamford crowned as the overall winners.

We are proud of our children and their achievements outside school! Huge well done to our Charlie (Year 3) who played his first orange ball competition on Sunday. During this competition, Charlie managed to win 2 matches. Congratulations to our young Tennis Champion. 🎾 🙌👏🤩
