Main take-away message from the days with Aalto University ARTS students 🇫🇮- sustainable coastal management is not only about data! You need to understand your stakeholders & address their questions. 👥 It's crucial to visit the sites and familiarize yourself with the background material.

Theory about blue-green infrastructure needs to be seen on site. At -20 degrees ❄️we went to see how they could be visualized for better enhancement by stakeholders. Looking forward to the co-operation with Aalto University ARTS students and the Baltic Sea2Land project.

Today our Baltic Sea2Land regional pilot Kymenlaakson liitto got visitors from Aalto University ARTS who will help us visualize and enhance the blue-green infrastructure from the regional plan. Forestry, migratory fish, alluvial forrests… and hidden paper gems were on the agenda. Fieldtrip next!
