People living with dementia have a ⬆️ risk of falling. A systematic review by Deborah Jehu, PhD and Aging, Mobility, and Cognitive Health Lab shares the evidence of exercise on falls in people living with dementia and that RCTs need to be powered for falls.

Adults who exercised (🏋🏻) during bed rest (🛌) had better cognition than no 🏋🏻 during 🛏️. The benefits of 🏋🏻 during 🛏️ were greater for females than males.
