Christmas almost went Perfectly until when I got these news.
But when was the last you.. I mean 'YOU' last donated blood? Or you are just waiting for your own to be anaemic then start asking how you can go to Uganda Blood Transfusion Service (UBTS) to donate blood in Nakasero or Mengo. Let's not be hepocrits

Sunday well spent while at Makerere University Freedom Square serving the community in a Medical camp organized by St Augustine Church with Makerere University Hospital, Uganda Sickle Cell Rescue Foundation & Uganda Cancer Institute where various activities took place including free screening for Sickle cell disease.

We asked for it, fought for it and finally got it. But I can say, 2months down the road, the struggle is not struggling. Hunger East West North South and Center.
Hopefully Ministry of Health- Uganda with Ministry of Finance and our leaders Hon Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng Ocero & Dr@DianaAtwine will sort us out sooner.

Accidents and Emergency unit of Mulago National Referral Hospital , where most lives are saved. Moreso those involved in Road traffic accidents. There is a very active team of health-workers & support staff working 24/7 with the aim to fulfill the Hospital Vision. I am glad to be part of the team.

Doing my Medical Internship in the National Referral Hospital of Uganda Mulago National Referral Hospital is a blessing indeed.
Although the night shift is not shifting 😂. But regardless, I am ready to save all lives that the Almighty can let me to.

Should I say that Medicine has become a joke in Uganda that either students in sec_school don't see a future in it or there are no resources at the great University Makerere University to train enough doctors. Only 18 have been admitted on private sponsorship of which, only 4 are females.
