On a Southwest Airlines flight to Dallas that is only 40% full and there are ONLY 2 people assigned to middle seats with 3 people in those rows and MANY full rows of standard (free!) seats empty - they won’t let those two middle people move?! Like what?!? Booooo!! #customerslast

By the way, I’ve had a Southwest Airlines Biz Card for YEARS with a yearly fee that should get the pick a seat benefits for my family but b/c of BAD info from a SWA phone rep and since I used different pay methods when I booked us ALL together - they refuse to let my son move. 🤯

So to prove a point that Southwest Airlines is now assigned seating with NO EXCEPTIONS even though their reps gave out incorrect info - they are forcing my 19 year old to crowd two grown men with 60% of the standard (free!) seats empty?! Customers are LAST on SWA now. It’s a shame.

Definitely know what you are getting into when booking the new and “improved” Southwest Airlines that cares more about $$$ than letting two middle people move to another less crowded FREE standard seats that are empty. Boooo… #travel
