Burlington Telecom Cable Customers: Please note that Shop HQ (SD Channel 23) is no longer part of our cable lineup as of 1/31/25 per the network.

Hours Update: Please note that in anticipation of inclement weather our Burlington & Essex Junction offices will be closed on Monday 2/17. Our Help Desk and Customer Service departments will still be available by phone and web during normal business hours.

2/21- Our 200 Church St office will be closed from 1:30 PM-2:30 PM for lunch. 2/22- Our 200 church St office and customer service phone lines will be closed due to staffing limitations.

Hours Update: 3/29- Our 200 Church St office will be closed Saturday, March 29th for walk-ins due to inclement weather. Our Help Desk & Customer Service teams are still reachable by phone and e-mail communication during normal business hours.
