Backstage Pass I'd say the quality of jobs does matter as well. Full time vs part time/casual/contract. Add to that affordable housing.

What ever happen to affordable housing ? Has it like so many words in the dictionary become extinct and never to be spoken again . The number one problem is high rents due to greed !
