We are incredibly proud of BSL Health Access and very worried about what will happen at the end of this month when current NHS funding ends. SignHealth spent £800k from reserves and can’t afford to spend more. Access to health in British Sign Language is a right not a privilege.

The current funding for BSLHA is coming to an end. As social distancing measures and the roll out of the #COVID19 vaccine continues, the service has never been more needed. We call for NHS England to continue to fund this vital life-saving service. Please share!

No money, BSL Health Access is closing. As it stands now, there is no funding confirmed for BSL Health Access from the 1st April onward, so the service must close at the end of the month. More information on our website at signhealth.org.uk/press-release/…
