Wonderful feedback from a service user (via a therapist at the Countess of Chester hopsital), she couldn't praise the BRC team enough for supporting her. The team transported her to get her Covid vaccine, and staying with her the whole time. Well done team 👏

Today we took a gentleman for his first Covid vaccine. After the 2nd night shift volunteering, supporting refugees coming into the country, this one is slacking 😉. Visited a vulnerable service user today and discovered they had no lights working. Sourced a reputable electrician and waited with the service user whilst he fixed the issue. So pleased we called by to see them today
