Wonderful feedback from a service user (via a therapist at the Countess of Chester hopsital), she couldn't praise the BRC team enough for supporting her. The team transported her to get her Covid vaccine, and staying with her the whole time. Well done team 👏

So excited for our original team to be returning back to work this week, I've missed them so much. Art was never my strong point by the way , but I did tried 😅

Thanks so much to Tracey in the Audiology department Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for doing an emergency repair and service on one of our service user's hearing aids. The 93 year old lady was really struggling to hear, you made a big difference 😀

Today we took a gentleman for his first Covid vaccine. We recently transported him home from Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and whilst chatting with him he stated he felt anxious cos he hadn't been vaccinated. We sourced a local clinic, picked him up and stayed with him whilst he had his jab

After the 2nd night shift volunteering, supporting refugees coming into the country, this one is slacking 😉. Seriously, its been an honour to get the opportunity to offer practical and emotional support to people in crisis. Met some amazing courageous refugees 🙏 BRC Cheshire & Greater Manchester ER

Visited a vulnerable service user today and discovered they had no lights working. Sourced a reputable electrician and waited with the service user whilst he fixed the issue. So pleased we called by to see them today
