We're fully booked for today, tomorrow and Sunday. If you've got a ticket to visit us, we suggest you take George's advice and say "Alpaca my wellies!"

From tomorrow (July 4th), we'll be opening up indoor viewing at Project Elephant Base Camp, Orangutan Outlook and the Gorilla House. Walkways to Wolf Ridge, Giraffe Heights and the Orangutan viewing platform will also be opening.

All other indoor animal viewing areas, play areas, activities and walk-through exhibits will remain closed at this time.

For anyone wanting to visit today, we have space available for both paying visitors and members. You must pre-book to guarantee entry but we will post here each day if we have space available for walk-ups :)

From Saturday 8th August it will become mandatory to wear a face mask or face covering in ALL indoor areas of the zoo, unless you declare that you have a government listed exemption. This includes Main Entrance and all animal houses. You may be refused entry if you don't wear one

MEMBER UPDATE - You can now visit any day after 2.30pm without having to pre-book. (Bronze on Sundays only) NB. Entry is dependent on capacity within the park. We may be required to work on a 1-out 1-in system and therefore cannot guarantee entry.
