The Meath GAA Senior Football Championship started (badly) for St Colmcilles GAA this evening with a game against Seneschalstown GFC.
Seneschalstown GFC well organised and deserved the win.

Club Colours of Meath GAA. Almost every Minor Captain from both Hurling and Football photographed yesterday at Bective GFC beautiful clubhouse. It took hours but thanks to the lads / families for coming from all over the county to get it done. Bright, articulate lads all of them!

The level of vitriol for Andy McEntee online is appalling. Grand, you might not have liked him or the results but words can be forgiven, not forgotten!

My own experiences with the man were positive, surly pitchside and a gentleman outside!

Top of the table clash at Piltown, East Meath this evening with St Colmcilles GAA taking on a serious Summerhill GFC outfit. Cilles lost out on this one but are joint with Summerhill on 11 points in the All County League. Meath GAA
