Coming out off the water in 2nd place, Sam Dickinson waists no time and immediately goes to the front on the long run to T1. He has jumped on his bike in the lead, closely followed by 3 other athletes #IM703Swansea

At the 9k mark, Sam Dickinson is co-leading the race with Palmer as they are running shoulder-to-shoulder. The duo have extended the gap towards 3rd to 35 seconds. The ret of the field trailing by almost a minute #IM703Swansea

Going through T1 in 13th place, Lucy has jumped on her bike, 2’ down on the leaders. Her teammate Laura has started the technical bike course another minute back in 16th position #T100London

20k into the bike, Lucy has made the connection with the first chase group and is starting to battle for 5th place, 2’40 back of the leading quartet. Laura is riding solo in 16th place, closing in on the athletes in front of her #T100London

Halfway through the bike, Lucy rode through the entire chase group, took the front and broke away. She has opened up a gap of 30” and is trailing the back of the lead group by 2’. Laura moved up to 14th #T100London
