Only 7 days after his fantastic 2nd place at the IM70.3 European Championship in Jönköping, Sam Dickinson is racing again. He is well underway at #IM703Swansea

Coming out off the water in 2nd place, Sam Dickinson waists no time and immediately goes to the front on the long run to T1. He has jumped on his bike in the lead, closely followed by 3 other athletes #IM703Swansea

Almost 20k into the punchy bike course, Sam Dickinson has settled in the lead group, together with 5 athletes. They are holding on to an advantage of 40 seconds over the first chasers #IM703Swansea

Just over the halfway mark, Sam Dickinson riding attentively in the front part of the big leading pack of 9 athletes. As they tackle the second lap of the bike course, they opened up a gap of 1’30 over 10th and 2’30 towards 11th #IM703Swansea

Flying into T2, Sam Dickinson is leading the race once again. A fast transition sees him take off for the run with an afvantage of 20 seconds #IM703Swansea

At the 9k mark, Sam Dickinson is co-leading the race with Palmer as they are running shoulder-to-shoulder. The duo have extended the gap towards 3rd to 35 seconds. The ret of the field trailing by almost a minute #IM703Swansea

At the start of the 2nd and final lap, Sam Dickinson has settled in 2nd place. He is trailing leader Palmer by 10 seconds and is holding on to a gap of 35 seconds over Chevalier in 3rd at equal pace. Keep it going, Sam! #IM703Swansea

After racing in the front all day long, Sam Dickinson crosses the finish line in 4th place 🍫 Leading the race into T1, attentively riding in the lead group on the bike to lead the race into T2 as well. Also on the run, Sam was in contention for a long time #IM703Swansea

Going through T1 in 13th place, Lucy has jumped on her bike, 2’ down on the leaders. Her teammate Laura has started the technical bike course another minute back in 16th position #T100London

20k into the bike, Lucy has made the connection with the first chase group and is starting to battle for 5th place, 2’40 back of the leading quartet. Laura is riding solo in 16th place, closing in on the athletes in front of her #T100London

Halfway through the bike, Lucy rode through the entire chase group, took the front and broke away. She has opened up a gap of 30” and is trailing the back of the lead group by 2’. Laura moved up to 14th #T100London

Inching closer and closer towards the front, Lucy reduced the gap towards the leaders to 1’50 and has an advantage of 1’30 over 6th place. Laura has top 10 in sight as the difference has been cut down to 1’30 #T100London

With a fantastic surge in the final kilometers of the run, Lucy reclaims 5th place at the finish line! Superb charge on the bike into top 5, shortly falling back to 6th, but ending the day strong. Incredible strong result today, Lucy! 👏 #T100London
