It is not correct to say, as this article does, that junior doctors are the only staff group in dispute with the Government.

SAS doctors and GPs are both still in dispute.

What is the cost when a salaried GP with 6 years' experience moves abroad?
 
If they worked at a rural practice it may struggle to recruit, relying on locum cover for up to 3 months (£735/day). When recruited, the new GP would take time to get up to speed bma.org.uk/attrition-costs
