One of the misconceptions about canine #leishmaniasis is that you need a special food. You don’t! Just low purine food, like a diet for people with Gout. No red meats, not green veg. And keep my food wet as my kidneys can be compromised 💕 & I’m happy

I am due my 12 month blood tests for my visceral leishmaniasis soon....mummy says I look bright eyed and bushy tailed and hopes I get some god blood results back 💕

I never knew mr Ben Fogle had Leishmaniasis too. I have the visceral one that affects my blood, believe he has the cutaneous one which is the skin. My good looks will never be dulled 😉 He also joins my sister I_am_Elle_The_Rescue_Beagle who also has it 💕

Sunday lie in..... We had a holiday to Goathland last week and I came back with a tick....or 2!! One head got embedded so antibiotics ahoy! All good now 🙌🏻
