Good to have Dillon Tate back in town getting his analysis before this upcoming season. Check out our website in the bio for more information on how you can get your 3D motion analysis, along with our Hitting and Pitching Biomechanics books!

Sean Murphy SLOMO from Bob Keyes from Bio Kinetics 3D. 1) Out of his OKD stance when making the catch. 2) Extends to meet the pitch. 3) Low separation down to into a palm up open hand. 4) Gets off back side & puts a lot of energy into ground & into lead side foot/leg. 5) Stops

Congratulations Oliver Dunn on his Major League debut with the Brewers. Oliver has been training in our facility since he was a kid. Very well earned!

Ben Brewster Great Post! As a point of interest we thought we would share the balance graph from Nolan’s first 3D motion analysis. Bio Kinetics defined Nolan’s center of mass as a DRIFT moving 10.34 inches forward before the lifting knee joint center reached its apex / peak height in 1988.
