Cash Willis sits in 1st after day 1 of the Notah Begay Regional at Bardstown Country Club in Bardstown KY, after nailing a 20 foot eagle putt on 18! The winner will advance to the National Championship in Louisiana this November. Cash begins his final round in 30 minutes.

Cash played in the National Jr PGA Championship Qualifier today at Coyote Crossing GC in Lafayette. 75 were in contention for 4 spots. He shot a -2 (70) to secure his spot in next week's Jr PGA Championship at Purdue; 156 golfers will be competing from across the US. Way to go!
