Our Learning Disability and Autism Service recently gathered customers for focus groups to review and provide feedback on our new complaint-handling approach. Customers also contributed to our Helpful Videos project, aimed at creating accessible videos explaining key information!

Last week, The Observatory Clubhouse had a special visit from football legend Dion Dublin! Dion was filming nearby when Jacqui spotted him and invited him to pop in.

The residents at 90 Hope Street hostel had a fun Easter celebration with a craft session where they decorated egg cups, painted model rabbits, and crafted Easter-themed paper windmills. The session was a hit, and they are excited for more themed craft activities in the future!🎨

We received a fantastic response to our recent book appeal, receiving hundreds of books from our community! Thanks to your support, we stocked the shelves in our hostel, move-on accommodations and Homeless Hub📖🤩📚
