We travel to the heart of the Black Country today to Dudley Golf Club, formed in 1893 the course sits atop the Rowley Hills as well as the zone table level on points with us with both teams unbeaten. Designed by Old Tom Morris the course is said to sit on a volcano Bostin' 👍

After last weeks loss at Dudley we'll be looking to bounce back as we visit the Harry Vardon designed South Staffs GC Beau alumnus Jim Rhodes was head pro from 1980-98 before going full-time on the European Seniors Tour and his successor Peter Baker has done rather well too

After a hard earned point on the road last week we are back at home as we host Penn Golf Club with 3rd playing 4th this promises to be a tight affair. With the weather so good if you're at a loose end why not walk a few holes with the lads or watch them in from the patio 😎🍻

With the league 1/2 way through we sit mid table with 2 wins, 2 losses and a draw. One of the wins came against today's opponents but we expect a tougher game away at Bloxwich Golf Club as they have won every game since that opening weeks fixture.

After last weeks defeat at Bloxwich we are back on home soil to welcome Oxley Park Golf Club A win is imperative to keep us within touching distance of the teams above us so we can have a chance of reaching the knockout competitions #BeauAyWe 👊🏼

With who will be in the bottom 2 places already decided we face winless South Staffs GC in our last home game of the league phase. Bloxwich host Penn where anything other than an away win will help us climb up the table #beauaywe 👊🏼

So it’s a straight shoot out today at Penn Golf Club for qualification for The Roberts – Levine trophy, winner goes through simple as that. Good luck lads #BeauAyWe

After a tight match on Friday Penn Golf Club came out on top taking 2 1/2 pts to our 1 1/2 points to finish 3rd so we now plan ahead for the Lewis Trophy. We also have the Davenport Trophy to look forward to in August, more details as they come available.
