2 interesting factoids about Ghanaian elections:
1. High voter turnout correlates with incumbents retaining power (is that because losing power is usually about your base staying home?)
2. Holding polls on weekend (eg. 2008 & 1996) doesnt mean higher turnout (2024's = weekend).
